Triple E was founded in 1971 by the John Eiler family as a screw machine house with tool and die capabilities.  Services expanded over the years to include CNC turning and milling, broaching, and grinding. During this time the Eiler family also developed a full line of broach machines and they were sold under the name of Parma Broach. The Eiler family was very ingenious and were able to develop a variety of their own  product lines Including  Clamp N’ Jack and Rotary Lock Systems. Both product lines remain today with Clamp N’ Jack being a premium work-holding system that is used for the most difficult work holding applications for Boring Mills, Vertical Mills and other Milling operations. Rotary Lock is another unique work holding device for specialized workholding for solid or tubular rounds.

Triple E was purchased in 2007 by Caster Concepts, Inc and its focus evolved to a quick turnaround operation/ short lead time production for short and medium runs.  Utilizing all of their in house capabilities along with strategic supply chain partners, Triple E can provide rapid turn-around of a wide variety of production parts. Triple E’s talented tool room also provides the ability to design and manufacture contract parts or specialty tools, fixtures, and jigs.

Today Triple E is a key partner in the family of businesses that Caster Concepts owns. Triple E is able to leverage its in house skills of precision turning, milling, broaching, boring mills and screw machine to provide the customer with a very unique group of core competencies. Combined with the corporate engineering skills based in Solid Works and networked through the corporation, big jobs are not big at all.
